5. 25/10 - DDAY.

didn't study much except for doing one emath paper. so damn excited, dunno what to wear, what to bring what to say or what to do. my heart pounding everytime i think that at 6 pm, i was going to my first major music performance. i think my heart was rlly going to jump out from my mouth or smtg. listening furiously to their album. got some nice songs, some great songs and some I NVR THOUGHT THEY WOULD SING SUCH SONGS BUT SINCE THEY GOT A NEW LEAD SINGER SO THEY CAN SING THESE KIND OF SONGS songs. phew. long sentence. yah, jyn was right, 'flipside' is good and is rlly infectious. watched tv and wanted to use the com but realise both coms spoilt. ALAMAK. wanted to search their songs for acoustic versions or life performances but can't. HAIZ.

wf smsed to say she wanted to cme over my house n pick clothes for me cuz she prob doesn't trust my taste or whatever there is of it and she wanted to be my fashionmeister and help me choose. fact is that i dun have much clothes for clubbing or THAT KIND OF occasions. and she went to MOS before and knows how the crowd dresses. which is usually not how we dress [or I do] and i was worried. BUT I SHLDNT HAVE RLLY. so when we finally changed and left hme and picked ham on the way and reached MOS a tad late. jazz came buy with her mum 15 mins later. jazz's mum is so nice and pretty. =) she was like "hi im [cannot reveal her name for confidential purposes]" and my mum went "this is [cannot reveal too]". im not usually very used to her referring to herself in 3rd person but OH WELLS. =) so the 4 of us kiddos and my mum waited. the queue - a huge long snaking line outside of MOS stood as still as ??? and ham went to mac with wf to get her dinner [plenty of time cuz NO MOVEMENT IN QUEUE] and when they came back my mum went to macs to get us a coke. WOW. -.-" the crowd was indeed trendy but i needn't have worried as there were many ppl DEF younger than me. so we took some pics in our SPIFFY outfits [BLEAH] and said some lame stuff abt the shwcase and make rather stupid, sarcastic, nonsensical jokes abt everything to while away time while my mum went to check the start of the queue if we were QUEUEING AT THE RIGHT PLACE.

the rest as they say is history and i don't rlly want to talk about how horrible such thngs can get when you have a horde of female fans. turns out that there was sme other thng that entitled sme fans to the show - not only winning it thru 987. some girl waited frm 3 pm [GODD. and in the end we got in first thnks to my superSMART mum. =] there was alot of squeezing and pushing. LIKE A MINI MASS RIOT. i've seriously nvr been so claustrophobic before. had to show IC for verification and an sms saying that i had won the tix. HENG i nvr delete it. and we got in abt 7 plus. and we reached there at 6 plus, FYI. -.-" learnt that you can make frens easily when you're both unpleased over the same thng, in ths case my mum would say - the MANAGEMENT. yah. [and i learned that some times i must keep my mouth shut and chew some gum or eat sweets so that i dun say anything wrong when my temper flares.] OH MAN. and they make you leave your water bottles outside as they want you to buy drinks from the club. $$$ into their pockets. luckily im quite sustainable. no single drop of water until i got hme at 10 plus. WOWIE. even i myself am amazed.

6. THE AWESOME EXCLUSIVE SHWCASE OF THE BOSTON BAND, THE CLICK FIVE.

nice title horh? THNKS. =) we got in and we first settled at the right side of the stage where constantly we were being blown in smoke. engulfed in stinky smoke. so irritating. =( i tried blowing it away but to no avail. it was quite clear from where we were standing and i could see THE GORGEOUS GLEAMING SHINING CAPTIVATING DRUMSET!!! wow. =) way cooler than our gessband one. [THATS WHY WE NEED A NEW ONE. TO SCARE OUR DETRACTORS AWAY.] =P must try to ask the school to upgrade our instruments. camera not working very well or the functions not good or WHATEVER and the smoke billowing out frm some place just made it worse. so i asked ham 'clear or near' [sounds like a crappy slogan] and she said 'clear' and we tried to make our way to the 2nd floor but turns out underage kids couldn't go up there. WHY? SCARED WE RLLY FALL FRM THE 2ND FLOOR TO THE 1ST? AREN'T WE SUPPOSED TO BE TOO SHORT TO POSB DO THAT? -.-" LOUSY MANAGEMENT. =P so we, under much trouble, made our way to the left side of the stage and stood on sme standing platform.

not that great either but not as worse as the other side. BAH. sometimes you cant get thngs they way you want and when you get angry too many times, you get pissed. -.-" anyway, whn muttons [vernon and justin] came up to host the show - i shld have known better. they seriously shld provide complimentary ear plugs or smtg. WAH, the girls were screaming and yelling for them and WAIT UNTIL YOU-KNOW-WHO CAME OUT. =P muttons did quite alot of thngs: hosted, gave out a guitar signed by all members of the click five to a guy who 'air-guitared' and even went on his knees [wow so patronising] and told the HYSTERICAL FANS that they were actually filming the MV for 'empty' that day. GODDD. =) but then again, the click five were touring so it cld mean that they wld just have prob a few secs of them in S'PORE and the rest on the guys themselves. CONFUSED? nvm. =P

lucky guy who won the guitar. jazz and i wanted to win it. =(

first song they played was actually the song i disliked the most out of all the songs when i had a run-thru of the album. i cldnt make it past the first chorus. that's how bad. and NOW? whaddidyanoe? im ADDICTED TO IT. seriously funny and lame. =) it surprisingly sounded good live. the music was like [not head-pounding] but your heart goes along with the amps and stereo speakers. WOAH. a bit like watching fireworks on national day at the stadium - DAMN LOUD. i asked my mum if she was okay and she said she minded the loudness but their songs are catchy. yah. i guess that is a politically-correct answer when you're in the midst of a horde of SCARILY SCARY AND MILDLY CRAZY PSYCHOTIC female fans of a boyband. you don't go - 'THEY SUCK', do you? anyway my mum doesn't mean that. she is a very werry very NICE person. exactly my point. and wow - you should hear the crowd of girls and the all-the-time-flashy lights and the stereo sounds. i think it can wake up the dead. =P

the lead singer, kyle patrick [i dunnoe why i keep calling him kyle richardson. where have i heard that before arh?] was A LIVEWIRE. NO KIDDING. whichever click five member said that he grew up on 'rock n roll' vitamins was telling no lies. SERIOUSLY. and he shook his moptop [that's what his hair looks like] and doing crazy stuff. ahh - life at 21 yrs. =P i think the s'porean crowd rlly noe how to enjoy themselves in such shwcases.
